  1. BlackMarketplace Service Scope
    1.1 The Animalverse SocialFi platform acts as a marketplace for users to advertise, buy and sell products/services using cryptocurrency as a medium of payment.
    1.2 The Animalverse SocialFi platform is not a buyer, seller, or party to any transactions between users and is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any products/services advertised for sale.
  2. Blackmarketplace Subscription and Usage
    2.1 Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
    2.2 Users must be 18 years of age or older.
    2.3 Users are responsible for maintaining their own wallet account and private key.
  3. Trading and payments on the Blackmarketplace
    3.1 All payments are made via cryptocurrency directly between buyer and seller using a traceable smart contract.
    3.2 The platform does not store, hold, or control users’ digital assets and does not act as an account custodian (None Custodian).
    3.3 Users must check the reputation of the store before making any payment and accept the risk if any problems arise between the store selling the product.
  4. User Responsibilities
    4.1 Users must not advertise the sale of illegal products or services, such as drugs, weapons, pirated products, or any products that violate Thai and international law.
    4.2 Users are responsible for all taxes, fees, and legal obligations associated with their transactions.
    4.3 Users accept all risks arising from the use of cryptocurrencies, which are subject to price fluctuations and may result in loss of value. (Except for using stablecoins)
  5. Platform rights
    5.1 The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete the wallets of users who violate the Terms of Use without prior notice.
    5.2 The Platform reserves the right to remove or refuse to publish any product listings that violate the law or this Agreement.
    5.3 The platform reserves the right to change or amend the Terms of Use and will notify users via the website/application.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    6.1 The platform shall not be liable for any damages, losses or disputes arising between buyers and sellers.
    6.2 Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions involve high risks and the platform will not be held liable for any losses that may occur.
  7. Applicable law
    7.2 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand only.
    7.3 If any dispute arises, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
  8. Acceptance of Agreement
    By clicking “Verse Sell Products” or “Use the Platform” to buy or sell products, the user is deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted this Agreement.
